One of the newest places in Kazan, mostly targeted to young people who love good music. Most of the time it’s a bar, but on weekend different concerts and parties are organized there.

It’s a place where you can meet cool people and new generation of Russia – hipsters, artists, musicians and so on. Very nice design and relaxed atmosphere – certainly not the place for drunk trashy parties, but for long night conversations. It’s also a restaurant there, although the food is not the best. 
 
If you want to meet locals, check out the social media pages of the bars and post something there, like you’re coming and stuff... Chances are people will be excited to meet a new person and to practice their English.
