Location: A budget apartment, located between the central Belorusskaya and Mayakovskaya metro stations -- a very good location with many decent cafes, restaurants, and clubs around. Across the road there's a 24h big grocery store, that sells Russian and Western food.
The apartment itself is quite simple, but charming.
Located in the house next to the apartment on Brestkaya st. (#b2404ch).
Closest metro stations: Belorusskaya metro (5 minutes walk), Mayakovskaya metro (7 minutes walk)

Rooms: 2 rooms: 1 living room, 1 bedroom; kitchen; bathroom and toilet; balcony; Total space: 50 sq. m., 3rd floor (total 9 floors in the house), elevator.
Sleeps: 2 persons (1 double bed). Additional beds can be provided for extra payment.

Free Services: moving-in assistance, maid service (cleaning, laundry, washing) every 3 days, clean bed linens and towels every 6 days, 24-hour assistance.

Security: Safe thick metallic door with a double lock. Intercom. The door of the entrance of the house is equipped with a code lock. You'll be provided with all the keys when you move in the apartment. We also provide 24h telephone hotline assistance.

Documents: Our partner visa agency can provide you with visa support ($30) and / or visa registration ($20 through the agency).
You'll be provided with a receipt when you pay the rent.

Payment: All prices are in US dollars, including all taxes. No prepayment and no deposits are required. You can pay when you move in with cash. You don't need to pay electricity, heating, water bills. You might need to pay a telephone bill if you made phone calls outside of Moscow. There's no minimum stay -- a nightly stay rate can be arranged. The prices are given for the apartment, no matter how many people stay there (up to 3 people can be accommodated). A day is counted as a period 24 hours long.
Discounts are available, depending on the period of stay.
