Location: A newly renovated apartment located between Mayakovskaya and Novoslobodskaya central metro station. Very nice and quiet central area, there are a lot of good cafes and restaurants around, famous contemporary art gallery and clubs (all within walking distance!), as well as two 24-hour internet cafes and 24-hour supermarket with a good choice of wines.
Closest metro stations: Mayakovskaya metro (8 minutes walk), Novoslobodskaya metro (7 minutes walk)

Rooms: 2 rooms: 1 living room; 1 bedroom; kitchen; bathroom and toilet; Total space: 65 sq. m., 4th floor (total 9 floors in the house).
Sleeps: 2 persons (1 double bed). Additional beds can be provided for extra payment.

Free Services: moving-in assistance, daily maid service (cleaning, laundry, washing), clean bed linens and towels every 3 days, 24-hour assistance.

Bed linens and towels are changed every 3 days.

Security: Safe thick metallic door with a double lock. Intercom. The door of the entrance of the house is equipped with a code lock. You'll be provided with all the keys when you move in the apartment. We also provide 24h telephone hotline assistance.

Documents: Our partner visa agency can provide you with visa support ($30) and visa registration ($20 through the agency).
You'll be provided with a receipt when you pay the rent.

Payment: All prices are in US dollars, including all taxes. You can pay when you move in with cash. You don't need to pay electricity, heating, water bills. You might need to pay a telephone bill if you made phone calls outside of Moscow. There's no minimum stay -- a nightly stay rate can be arranged.
If more than 1 person is staying, the price may be increased. The check out time is usually 13.00, however, you can arrange it with the landlord.
Discounts are available, depending on the period of stay and for permanent clients.
