Description
& Location: The apartment is a part of Nevsky Prospekt
apartment complex, located just 50 meters off Nevsky Prospekt
— the main street of St. Petersburg. Just outside of the
apartment there's a nicely decorated quiet courtyard, there
are a lot of good restaurants
(Imbir, SSSR cafe), clubs
(Magrib), and a 24-hour internet cafe (Cafemax) within a moment
reach.
The apartment complex hosts five apartments, all very recently
renovated, custom-designed, and full of customized features,
like modern kitchen, private telephone line, fast internet connection,
PC, satellite TV, comfortable large beds, spacious bathrooms.
This unit has a jacuzzi, spacious kitchen, and two rooms,
if you need a less expensive (and less equipped) option, see

Metro: Mayakovskaya (a 3-minute walk).

from $3 per day or $15 per week plus calls. A computer in the
room with ADSL internet access $5/day or $20/week. Laundry and
ironing is also available for a small charge.
Features:
Fully
equipped kitchen (with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, sink,
electric teakettle, kitchen utensils and dishes); a living room
(a fold-out sofa, armchair, table, chairs, color TV and a computer),
bedroom (queen bed, wardrobe cabinet, night table with clock
radio). Bed linens and towels are changed every second day with
maid service. Bathroom: (Sink, toilet and shower / tub). A party
line telephone (phone calls within St Petersburg are free),

The door of the entrance of the house is equipped with a code
lock. You'll be provided with all the keys when you move in
the apartment. The area is active with much foot traffic, has
many lights and is well policed.

You will be provided with a receipt for accommodation services.
Payment: All prices are in US dollars, including all
taxes. A deposit for 1 night is required to reserve the apartment
(the payment will be arranged after you make a reservation).
The deposit and rent can be paid with a credit card, bank transfer,
money transfer, or cash. There's no minimum stay -- a nightly
stay rate can be arranged.
