Ukraine Entry Requirements For Foreign Citizens (please, confirm this information in a Ukrainian consulate at the country where you will apply):
1. Passport valid for at least 3 months after the end of visa.
2. Tickets and documents for return or onward travel.

What is needed to obtain a visa to Ukraine (please, confirm this information in a Ukrainian consulate at the country where you will apply):
1. Passport must have at least six months remaining validity
2. Visa application form fully completed and signed.
3. Passport-type photographs.
4. For a tourist visit: copy of hotel confirmation or letter of confirmation from tour operator with signature and company stamp - visa support authorization.
For a business visit: a letter of invitation from a company or organization in Ukraine.
For a private visit: your friend or relative in Ukraine must obtain an official invitation from the local OVIR (Office of Visas and Registration), and this certificate must be included with your visa application.

>	After you submit the form, it will be forwarded to our partner travel company, that will send a confirmation e-mail, confirming that the data you provided were correct and are ready to be processed. In the confirmation e-mail you will be provided with all the necessary information, an invoice and instructions to make the payment for your invitation.
>	For your convenience, you will be able to pay for your invitation with a credit card (Visa, MC, AMEX, Diners), make a bank draft, make a money order, pay with a bank cheque, or ask somebody to pay cash in the office of the company in Moscow. Once your payment is received it will take only 1 hour to issue a tourist invitation for you. The invitation will be sent to you to the fax number or to the e-mail address you provide in the form (check with the Ukrainian consulate if a copy or an original of the invitation is required). After you receive the visa support authorization you will need to submit it along with the other documents needed to a Ukrainian consulate to apply for a visa.
