Proof of payment of the hotel booking.

Question

I asked the russian consulate in Algeria about the documents which should be joined to the visa application and they told me that the confirmation letter should be accompanied by the proof of payment of my hotel. Do you deliver this document with the confirmation letter? Thank you. If I stay 15 days between Moscow and Saint Petersburg, I certainly need a plan of my itinerary for the whole stay. Are you going to send me this plan?
