getting marry in short time

Dear
I have a question. I am from Iran and i'm studying in Moscow and my partner is a citizen from in Europe. we want to marry in Moscow, I went to nearest ZAGS of my living place they said to me you should to go to another office that is for foreigner. It was in gray line, in Cavelovskaya, butirckii val 15. But unfortunately I couldn't find it. I read  your letter in How to marry in Russia, it seems pretty difficult. we want just to get marry soon to provide my visa to go to Europe. could you help me please what is the easiest procedure  jut getting marry here.
