Travel Requirements to Russian Consulate- Russian Visa Processing

+1 vote
Hello,
We are a family of 4 planning to visit Russia as tourists soon.
We live in Atlanta, Georgia.
Do we need to all travel to the nearest Russian Consulate in person with our passports to have our visa?
Do you require Biometrics/finger-printing at the consulate itself?
What is the nearest Russian Consulate/Embassy to Atlanta, Georgia to get our Visas?

Please advise and thanks
