I did not receive visa support docs or any e-mails from providers after more than 36 hours

On your website, it states that visa support providers will contact me after I make the payment of $30, and I will have their contact. No one contacted me after 36 hours passed since the payment, I checked the spam box as well. I have been receiving other e-mails, so the problem is not with my e-mail.

I'm sorry about this inconvenience.Well maybe you entered your email incorrectly. Our partner company processes thousands of requests monthly, they have no interest to make any problems for customers. I would suggest to contact them directly via the phone / email that was provided in the confirmation e-mail you should have received when you booked your visa support. If it still doesn't work, you can send us a PM with the order number and we will make them look for your order and refund it.
