I am a Nigerian studying in Tbilisi Georgia. I desire to spend my summer holiday as a tourist in Moscow. So far, I have not been able to find any reliable Travel Agency in Tbilisi, Georgia. Could you please tell me the best way I can accomplish this goal of mine?. Please can you connect me to a reliable Travel agency that can help me acquire a Russian Tourist visa from Russia since there is no Russian Embassy here in Georgia?.

I recently applied for, and received a Russian tourist visa in Tbilisi. The process wasn't simply, but it is possible.

A tourist voucher can be obtained online, and you will need to apply in person at the Russian consulate in Tbilisi, officially the "Russian Federation Interests Section at the Embassy of Switzerland".
