Will I be given a referance number?

Hello!

I'm trying to apply for a tourist visa for 1 month. And at the electornic visa application it's required to give a Referance number and a Confirmation number. I have been in contact with the hotel and they say they don't have those documents and that I should turn to an agency like this one.
But I must know that I will be given the information that I need to fill in once I have bought a Tourist Voucher from here.

I have bought from here twice before, but it was not as long of a stay.
So now I just wonder if I can buy from here when it come to staying for one month?

You will receive the reference number of the company that provides your invitation, of course, and that's the number that you will need to put into your electronic visa application form.

I have talked with the company(Kalinin Hostel in Tver) and they have already told me to buy it from a company like this one. So my question, is will I be provided with a reference number from you when I buy it here? Becasue Kalinin told me they can't provide me with one. So I need know if I can get one here.
