My friend is telling me that the UVIR guys are now promessing making invitations in 10 days delay (2000R) or even 5 days (4000R)... Is there is revolution in the weather or are they simply way too confident about their own abilities and the beliefs of their "costumers"?
Any very recent testimony?

| Haven't heard anything about it. You could try it out and then tell us if it works ... Everything is possible in Russia if you pay a little bit extra, especially with government officials. But then getting a tourist visa support is much cheaper (900R = $30) and takes from a few hours to one day only. |
