No. They use non standard, semi-phonetical transliteration and misspell words, e(lat) = и =е(rus) =э , i=ы, g=ж, инопланитяне. Also they insert
random lols inside the phrase. No sane transliteration tool can cope with it. |

A Russian I know uses http://www.translate.ru/ for machine translation. I don't know if it's the best free online translator, but she uses it. |
