I received my letter of invitation for my business visa. Now I am waiting on my HIV test which won't be ready until next week. (I hate cutting this this close...)
From the company that sent me the invitation, I see that my visa must be registered by the landlord of where I am staying. I am staying with my fiance. She said that her landlord won't do visa registrations. Someone said that she could do it as she is MY landlord...however, I have read that she would need to fill out the form (no problem) take it to the police station to register it (no problem) and show her Passport registered at her address (major problem.) She does not have a passport, and just moved into her current apartment, so nothing registered with that address on it.
HELP!!!!????? What can I do? Or do I need to cancel my trip and just screw the couple grand I have already spent!????
I guess that would be better than getting into trouble in Russia!!!!
