If anyone could help me it would be great!

I am British and my British boyfriend has moved to Moscow for work. He is renting a flat in the city. I have bought flights to go and see him from January 21st till February 16th (27 days) and also I'm going out in June 5th till July 2nd (28 days). I plan to stay with him in his flat for every night of my both my visits.

I did the Russian Visa Trouble Shooter and it says that it’s best for me to get a 6 month multiple entry Business Visa rather than two single Tourist Visas (which is what I thought I would need). I think this will be best for me as in between these two visits I will be going travelling round the world and I don’t want to have the hassle of applying for my second Tourist Visa while I’m away when I could just apply for the Business Visa before I go and that can get me in both times – is this correct?

Also - will it be cheaper to apply for one Business Visa rather than two Tourist Visas?

Also – will I definitely need to get a HIV certificate for this Business Visa?

Also – what if I get stopped on the street in Russia by the police and they ask what business I’m doing in Russia and I admit that I’m just a tourist – will they fine/deport me?
