Can someone sujest a way for me to build a greenhouse in Siberia. It is more difficult then you might first think. A builder sujested that it should have foundation 7 cm thick with a heating coil. He sujested that the foundations should rest directly on the earth.

Problem is that this would probably atract rats and when the temprature reaches -50C the water would not be able to be evacuated. Hence I think a gap sould exist between the ground earth and the cement floor. In which case the cement should be more than 7cm thick.

He also sujested an aluminium stucture. I thought listviak wood would be better. Any idears or experiences in growing veg in extream conditions?

For heating, you use Glycol, not water. Glycol will never freeze.
What are you use to heat the structure?
In the long run, you can look at Geothermal to heating this Greenhouse economically.

Concrete is good, but the form should be insulated.

This is just silly.
Ethylene glycol freezes at -12.7 C (9 F),
1,2 propylene glycol at -60 C (-76 F), and
1,3 propylene glycol at -27.7 C (-18 F).

Solutions made with small amounts of water would freeze at lower temperatures, but might not be suitable for other reasons. I'm sure there is some engineering solution to the problem, but I'll bet it is neither simple nor cheap. If so there would already be plenty of greenhouses in Siberia. I didn't see any when I was there.

They use glycol in Geotherm in Northern Canada. They also mix it with heavy oil, so it moves when it is below -40. So it is not silly.
Although Glycol is expensive, you never lose it. High initial cost, but it will not be replaced.
