I tried to arrange through WayToRussia a tourist invitation letter for a friend who is a Gulf Arab businessman. Their response was:

Any suggestions for a reliable alternative who can handle this?
I should also add that the tourist visa is for immediate use, and he would like to begin the application process for a 1 year business visa. |
