| I am trying to look up a number in Saint Petersburg. I have the address but I cannot find anywhere that lists phone numbers...Any ideas???? |

This one is reallly good and it's in English and Russian. You need to either know at least the person's last name and then you can find out their phone number and address, or if you know the phone number you can find out their name and address.
