We are planning a trip in high season from Moscow to Beijing (maybe from Warsaw). We would want a first class or second class train. I don't think we can do first class if we do stops-is that correct? We want to get off the train in several locations for several days -we don't want to go straight through on the train. How would we arrange this to make sure we have reservations in Moscow and then reservations ifor the trains in the other cities? Do we need to confirm hotels in advance also? What agency in Russia would you recommend since the United States agencies are very expensive? From what I read, we can only plan this 45 days in advance-is this for the first train or for each stop also? If we know how long we plan to stay in each stopover, can we make all our train reservations at once? What would be the cost of the train if we made several stops? What stops would you suggest? Is it best to do one ticket or do it point to point?
Thanks in advance for your help.
