Yes, yes, I know you're new to the forum and bla bla bla but to me as a mod you're just another person breaking the forum rules.
Simply stated, do not simply click on the first folder you see ('Moscow') and blindly post your message where it doesn't belong.
This 'Moscow' folder is for Moscow-specific questions and information about this city ONLY. Everything else--visa questions, personals, general questions on Russia, feedback on website and services...--do not belong here. There are specific folders for such posts. Please make use of them.
