i will be in moscow first week in novem,ber/ i've heard it's a very bad time of the year to be there. because people are in a bad mood cuz the weahter is so bad. should i just not go?

If you'll be in a bad mood yourself then you'll surely encounter people in a bad mood also, woman. If you feel you'll have nice time then you'll make it nice.. Up to you.
To my mind the world is how you make it seem to you.
In November much can happen, as much as anytime. And it's nice to walk outside when it's cold, all huddled in a warm coat, fresh air, walk in parks, share a warm moment with people. Be under the snow in Moscow. The town is very quiet, Parks are beautiful. But you can also choose to see that it is so fucked up because the snow might be melting, the sun is not so hot as it was in the summer, people in the streets are working and buzy.
Maybe you think you 'should just not go' because you have somthing else that you'd prefer doing?? Then be where you really feel like, even though you don't know at all what you'll meet in either situation.
Cheers, make your mind up, you can even leave it to the last moment and miss your flight, or make it, and feel happy about it..

Anytime is a good time to be in Moscow -- the weather is no big deal in November (or any other month for that matter if you dress properly), and the people are fabulous. If you are seriously considering not going because you think people may be a bit grouchier than normal, I'd say you might not be up for the trip and that you should take an easier vacation.
