IMPORTANT: New telephone codes were introduced on December 1st (the old codes will still be available until 31 January, 2006). Most Russian city codes beginning with ‘0’ have been changed to ‘4’: Moscow’s are code has changed from ‘095’ to ‘495’.

Kaliningrad -011 >401 (note the irregularity)
Kaluga -084 >484
Kostroma -094 >494

Moscow Region -096 >496
