How much is the average cost of living (expenses) per month ofr a single female expat in Tverskaya area? Includes basic necessities like food, etc. with the exception of Homestay Rent?

Is it an expensive area? Pls. do share yuur opinions ad advice. Thanks..

Tverskaya area in terms of costs is the same as anywhere else in Moscow, except that the rent will be about two times higher than in suburbs.

You should expect to pay from $1000 / month for a 2-room apartment in this area, and in case it's a shared rent with somebody who already has the apartment, the price would be about $200 / month for a room (however, it's impossible to find anyone in this area who'll rent out a room), it's much more realistic to look for a roommate and rent an apartment together in this area (see [url]flatmates.ru/eng/[/url] - roommate matching site.
