Way to Russia Talk Lounge

Hi everyone,

I have a B.Sc degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and I would like to study master of science in Telecommunications in Russia, particularly in Moscow.

I could not find much information about universities in Russia.

Could anyone tell me which university is the best especially at electronics?
or
could anyone give me a link where I can get information?

I've tried this before too. After much research I found it would be easier in my particular situation to just stay in the US, to my great disappointment.
Anyway, I did have a link to rankings. Of course I am not sure how reliable these rankings are, but I hope it helps you more than it did me:

Once you find one, just search on google for the name and there is a good chance they have a website where you can find out more.
