You sound like my parents. They still speak amongst themselves, and to us in Russian but all their kids answer in English.
They are quite funny when they can't recall a Russian word and just throw an English one into a sentence.

He has to be 38, because I dont recall him saying he was in his late 20's, or maybe he did, and I wasnt paying attention?  Anyway I think its 38  |

Well, you see, at least your folks can speak Russian to each other. My husband is hopeless in terms of learning Russian. My kids, on the other hand, are "all over the language". They use Russian words with -ing and -ed endings. They mix and match both languages. Sometimes I'm like  Eh? |

I took my kids to Russia, when one of them was 2 y.o. and the other was 7 months old. So, basically, Russian is their first language.

I selected the 30-40 age range in this poll last year. It hasn't changed since then. But I don't look like a day over 26. 
Anyway, I'm around the same age as surguy, nikir and Spice. |
