I wonder if a helicopter might not be the easiest means of transport in the winter time. I briefly met someone who had used a military helicopter arround Baikal for 2 years.
Can someone tell me if one needs to speak fluent russian to fly one and if they are a safe and relliable means of travel in a snow storm. Also how do you land one without risking a tilt to one side in the snow?
Can you start one up after having left it outside in a snow storm?
And how are garages built for them?
Finnally: can one easily cross into china with one. |
