Bonjour,
the Russian ambassy in Luxembourg just told me, that invitations sent by fax are not valid any longer for demanding a visa!?? So, my question: Is there a possibility, that I get the invitation sent by post instead of fax?
Many thanks in advance!

Some Russian consulates in some countries require originals of the invitations. For example a fax is enough for England or Germany, but Luxemburg, as you say, requires originals.
You can simply ask your visa company to send you an invitation by post. If it is a normal post it may take up to 4 weeks and cost very little: $1 or so. If it is a courier post, it's going to cost about $35 US and will take 1 to 3 days.
Hope this helps... |
