Dear friends,
I am holding an Indian passport and having the permanent residency status in India. In addition, my wife is Russian and I am living and working in Russia for last eight years. I want to apply for Russian citizenship while wanting to retain my Indian one. Please help me with information! May be some kind of dual citizenship... Is there any agreement between India and Russia involving the matter or I'll have to choose between the two?
