Hello folks,
Is there a service you are aware of that gives traffic conditions in the city? A 30 min route in the morning can take upto 3 hours in the evening. In the US for instance, choppers monitor and relay the local traffic conditions and detours. Might there be a similar service in Moscow?
For expats who live here, dealing with 3 hour commutes in the evenings makes the difference between high and low quality of life. It takes only 30 min in the mornings though.
Many thanks for info or websites, |

There is only one interesting service, but in Russian - http://maps.yandex.ru/moscow_traffic/
But colored lines at streets are intuitively. |
