Yes, price is good BUT location is not good at all!
Just notice that you will stay about half hour driving from the city center (could be 1 hour in case of the traffic jam). It is near the airport but very far from all the ciy's attractions. |

| True but if you can take the metro then perhaps it is no big deal. Victory park is nice and the distance to down town must reflect in the price. I know this area as friends live near to there |

Thank you for taking part in discussing my property. Surfguy, you are right - it's only 10 minutes to the city center plus it's in Moskovsky distcrict - home for good restaurants, nite clubs, shops etc: it's considered to be very prestigious. Don't forget I offer free transfers! And the price is very good!
P.S. People who come here don't rent cars anyway cause they can't get used to our driving system! |

Please explain the "system". My experience riding as a passenger with various Russians driving, is:
1. No road way markings.
2. Signs and signals are suggestions at best.
3. If the driver ahead hesitates turning left, steal a new lane from opposing traffic to turn left before them .
4. Train tracks in the center of the street are a fair passing lane or serve as an extra lane.
5. Pedestrian right-of-way means eye contact negotiation with moving cars.
6. One way street means "only if approaching cars are definitely within collision distance".
Can you explain the "system"? |
