Since I didn't know how common it was to celebrate Easter in Russia, I was undecided about sending Easter cards or SMS greetings to my Russian friends who are living here in southern California. However, early today I received an eCard from a Russian friend that had the following sentiment in English:

"Wishing you a peaceful and blessed Easter."

What would be an appropriate Easter greeting to send in either an eCard or SMS?

"Spasibo!"

Here is what I found at another site for Easter Greetings in Russian:

С праздником Пасхи (S prazdinkom Pasxi)
