Is it Мне for gender neutral, Моя when referring to a feminine object and Мой when referring to a masculine object?

Not at all times, Moe is when you refer to neutral object.
My=
мой for maskulin (мужской род)
моя for feminine (женский род)
мое for neutral (средный род)
мои for plural (all genders) (множественное число)
Мне is I (Я) in dative case. For example: He phoned me. Он звонил мне.

Thank you very much. I'm confused by the cases. I understand there's six cases in russian, but only know of two (the subject and object cases)
What are the six and the differences between them? |

1st case: nominative is the basic form of the word: мама, школа, я, врач, сахар
2nd case: dative is when you give something to someone: He gave roses to me: Он дал мне розы.
3rd case : genetive - basically you use it when you possess something, for example: mother's friend: подруга мамы
4th case: accusative - usually the object in a sentence: for example I love my mother: Я люблю мою маму.
5th case: instrumental if you becaome something: He became a doctor: Он стал врачом. Also to express that something is with something, use prepostions c and instrumental: Coffee with sugar :кофе с сахаром
6th case: prepositional (or locative) defines the location: Я учусь в школе. ) I study in a school. One rule: unlike other cases prepositional always has preposition with it.
Helpful? Choosing right case depends on the context, also remember that with different prepositions can also change the meaning of the words. |

The direct translation is:
Мне - For me, I'll...
Моя - My, mine (feminine)
Мой - same, but masculine
Moe - same, but neutral (if translate directly from Russian, it means central sex )
Мои - same, but plural |
