Hi. I am a Filipino citizen from the Philippines. I am planning to have a tour in Russia specifically in Moscow. But I am working in Thailand. Is it possible to apply for a Russian Visa in the Russian Consulate here in Thailand given that I already have the Russian Visa Support? Thanks.

Hello!
I am an American living in China (Chengdu) with a residency permit. There is not a consulate or visa center in Chengdu though, so I was trying to get more information on the Agency in Beijing listed to assist with getting a Russian visa. There is a phone number, but no name for the agency itself nor a website. Do you have any other information about this agency? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi everyone!
I've heard that I can only apply in the country that considers me as a permanent resident. I'm living in Spain and I have a NIE (Numero de identification de extranjero- Foreigner's identification number) which means I'm registered as a foreigner living in Spain. But is this enough to apply for a visa here or will I have to go back to Germany to apply?

I am visiting Moscow, St Petersburg, and then returning to Moscow. I am staying at different hotels in Moscow. When I tried to complete your request form, I got an error, because I was returning to Moscow. Do I not need to list Moscow a second time, even though it is a different hotel? Please advise.

Clarifying questions regarding 3-year visa application for American outside the USA

Dear Way to Russia,

I get extremely conflicting information on the topic and wanted to clear things up:

1. Can I just submit one trip as per the invitation letter and get a 36month visa? I am not sure of all the trips I'll do in the next 3 years
2. My passport is valid for 3 years and 4 months. Since the validity of the passport needs to be beyond 6-months after the date of the visa validity, does this mean I'll be denied, or that they will issue a visa for 34 months (ensuring the passport is valid 6 months beyond the validity date)?
3. What are the entry-exit terms? I have heard a whole range from:
- Can remain for 6 months at a time (exit Russia and return and this period resets)
- Can remain for 6 months out of the year (180 days w in the year)
- Can remain for max 90 days in each 180 day period
4. (A tough one) If I have been using another passport as a dual citizen to enter Russia (French on a work visa), but now want to use my American, do I need to provide additional documentation?
5. I am unsure whether in my case I need to provide additional documents such as insurance, bank statements, photocopies of French passport where I had the visas before. Will including these hurt and annoy them?

Visa Support for Vietnam Passport Holder living in the US

I hold a Vietnam passport and I'm going to be applying for a Russian Visa in the US. The thing is, I went on tripadvisor and there was a singaporean guy who applied for a visa support here, he was charged but then the website contacted him and told him they can't support non US/European citizens. So I'm wondering if that's true. And if it is, how can I work through this?

I'm a french student in Estonia for 6 months, can Estonia work as my "applying country"?

When to expect purchased visa support document

Hi - I used your great site to purchase two visa support letters (one transaction) two days ago. My $60 payment went through, I got an email from the company that the payment was received, but I have not received my support letters. Based on your website, I expected them 24 hours later. I have tried to email and call the company to learn when I can expect the letters, but have not been able to make contact. These days, it is very easy to be distrustful of internet transactions, especially when they do not occur as you expect and when you cannot reach someone to help you. Is it normal for this process to take more than 24 hours? How much longer? Anything you can do to help me understand when the invitations will arrive or how I can make contact with the company would be much appreciated. Thank you very much!

can't figure out how to enter dates for double entry visa

I'm trying to fill in this form for the visa support document, but don't know how to enter the dates for each of the entries (double entry). I've tried several combinations, but it keeps telling me the dates are not valid. I want to go for a short visit in November of this year, and again next year. Can someone tell me how to do this correctly?

US citizen. applied for a visa online and mentioned my relative's name as a host then realized the trouble my host has to go through. now, i want to simply get a tourist visa from a travel agency like waystorusia.com BUT what should i do about the application i already submitted and got an interview date for(8/27/15)? can i "change my mind" and apply through the agency instead of calling my relatives and asking them to go/get/send?
