we will be in moscow for one day (from 6 a.m. til 4 p.m.)
we'd like to visit the city and are wondering if there's a way to arrange a private tour w/ a driver. any suggestions appreciated! |

there are a handful of folks that will tell you that you can make it work. you probably can - but I think you'll be rushed!! plan an extra day or two if you can.
suppose your flight is on time (hahahahahaha. heh. sorry...). figure you're out of the airport by 8. you spend 1-2 hours getting into the city. you gotta be back by 1 or 2 at the latest. you've got 4 hours in the city - best case.
i'd plan an extra day.

Dear Amymh,
I dare to offer you my service as I do guiding both in Moscow and St.petersburg; the way of seeing will depend upon exact day and period of the year.
Definitely all the visitors would like to go to the Kremlin - but it is closed on Thursdays... |
