Jean,
Certainly the major airlines don't. Ivanovo is only a 7 hour overnight train trip from Moscow, so I would say why bother flying? The train leaves at about 10:00 p.m. from Yaroslavl station and get's to Ivanovo at around 5:00 a.m.

Ivanovo Airport is derelict - and there are no plans to re-open at the moment

There are quicker train journeys than 7 hours - normally going Moscow- Vladimir and then changing.

I make this trip 3 or 4 times a year and normally use a self - drive hire car - Scary! - takes 4 hours on a good day

A chauffered car comes out at about $250

If anyone has any faste ideas - I'd love to hear them

You can get a transit bus to Ivanovo for £4 (200 roubles) The journey takes 4 hours with a 20 minute break close to Vladimir. You get the bus at Shchelkovskaya Metro station (Blue Line) beside the bus station (not in the bus station) they are white transit buses and they leave when they are full which usually takes about 20 minutes. I heard that they run 24 hours but I am not sure of this.
