I am very confused. I know that i need to get an invitation into Russia before i apply for my Visa. Do i just make arrangements at a hotel or hostel first and then get that paper work and send to my consolat? What other ways could i get invited into Russia?
Any Ideas please email me...i really need to get there..  |

Yes or authorised travel agent. Waytogorussia has such an agent that you can apply online

Two other types of visa is business and homestay. Homestay is when someone invites you from Russia. It requires more work from your friend and more bureaucratic. But you can stay longer.
Business Visa is more expensive than both of the alternatives above, but is lesss restricted.
Questions you must answer is when do you need to go, how long is your stay, are staying at a friend's place, and are you going to many towns.
