Hi,
In sep2007 I will be starting a degree in foreign languages (Russian, Italian and possibly a third language). Instead of studying in the UK where I live, I think it would be a great idea to earn the degree in one of the countries where I am learning the language. I am going to SPB in Sept06 to a language school to get up to a standard good enough for university. Has anyone on here done their whole degree at a Russian uni before? My main concern is the lack of financial support I would get in Russia in comparison to Italy where I would be entitled to similar financial support to Italians as I am within the EU but considering Russian is the harder language, it would be more worthwhile for me to study in Russia to get more practice. Any info would be great. |
