Hi Everyone,
I live in Delhi and plan to visit Penza next month and might have to stay there till Nov. Can someone tell me more about the Penza the place and people there.
1. What is the cost of living there? How much would a taxi ride cost etc?
2. What banks are there and will they allow to open account?
3. How to get there from Moscow, by air, by train, bus or by taxi?
4. How is the climate there? Will it get too cold there in November, I being from India will have to be prepared for that!
5. How much would winter clothing cost there? What would a leather jaket cost there. I am sure the winter clothing of India will be no good in Penza.
6. How's the night life in Penza?
7. Can I expect people in Penza to understand English?
8. What Indian things are appreciated in Russia? If I want to get some gift for my partners in Penza what would they appreciate?
Well thats a long list of questions. Hope I find someone willing to answer all that?
