Can anyone advise of public transport links between Novosibirsk and the Mongolian border near Tsagaannuur ? Many Thanks

There are a lot of buses ant train from Novosibirsk to Biysk, buses from Biysk to Gorno-Altaysk, and a bus from Gorno-Altaysk to Kosh-Agach.
I could not find in internet any evidence of regular transportation from Kosh-Agach to border, however here

mentioned regular mini-van from Kosh-Agash to all "села" of district; does Tashanta ( border crossing point on Russian side ) fall in this category? I don't know.
It looks like ordering a taxi from Kosh-Agach is more reliable. Prices are probably like these
