Hello
I bought tickets from INTERGrOUP. I was promised to receive scans of the tickets long time ago, Alexander confirmed the payment and promised us to send us the scans. Afte he said he will send us the scans shortly, he stopped responding to emails, and I am starting to be worried. Am i being tricked or there is still hope to get the tickets from him in Moscow??? so now I have to apply for tourist visa (another 30usd), because i cannot apply for transit visa without the scans.
After we paid and Alexander stopped responding, i checked out post about intergroup, (but it was too late)
Some people got the tickets (late) some got refund and some reversed the payment. I
I would like to ask the administrators here, if I should wait, or what should be my next step?
And why do you still offer intergroup as vendor on your site if there was (is) so many problems with them?
I will try to send an email to Alexander again today |

Has anybody else had good/bad results from intergroup? I am no longer getting replies from them. And now Im trying to go to the Way to Russia support centre, where you used to be able to log in with your password and view your correspondance history, etc., but now this is no longer working... i dont no wot to do??
can anybody help or offer any advice? |

We never received from you the emails or phone calls asking when you will receive your train tickets. When you make you order in the beginning of April, we confirmed you the train tickets availability, the prices and WHEN WE WILL DELIVER YOUR TRAIN TICKETS TO YOU. So in a first email we said you that we will be able to deliver your train tickets to you only from the beginning of July and you AGREED with this and paid for a train tickets. So now we can't to understand why you ask when your train tickets will be delivered and start to post the panic posts in all the forums before contacting us or simply read our early emails to you, where we have already said you when your train tickets will be delivered to you and with what you agreed. |

We have already emailed you the scan a few days ago! If you haven't received it, why you don't contact us asking to send the scan again? You start to post in all internet that we never send you the scan and e.t.c. Maybe it will be more easy and better to contact us and ask where you scan? How we said you we have already emailed you the scan. |

I check my inbox/spam folder every day. I also didn't find any reply from in the full history of correspondence. Maybe the email got lost somewhere. I would rather discuss this by email, so please email me the scans to pete@zmail.sk and to tomas.burdan@gmail.com again. I hope this time I will receive it.

Hi everyone,
just to let you all know. I have received all the scans and confirmation from alexander. So there is no problem there.
I was just having problems contacting intergroup because the way to russia Support Centre and email wasn't working.
I would suggest to anyone having similar problems with the emails and way to russia support centre to go to the intergroup website directly and they are very good at getting back to you with all the relevant information and confirmation details.
