|
|
For a US citizen?
I have read that a person must return to their country of origin to get a visa and also that a visa may be obtained at any Russian embassy with a 10-14 day waiting period. So, which is it?
Can anyone PLEASE share their current, recent experiences?
Thanks in advance! |

FrankJohn,
My experience at the Russian Embassy in Kiev indicates it might be possible to apply from outside the US. See my recent post.
Although, I suppose anything could happen at this point in my learning curve. |
