I’m travelling to Russia soon. I land in Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport, I go by land to Kaliningrad Khrabrovo Airport (Àýðîïîðò Õðàáðîâî) and fly to Moscow Domodedovo (Ìîñêâà-Äîìîäåäîâî).

Wed 07 Oct: I arrive at 20:30 to Gdansk Airport (GMT +2).
Thur 08 Oct: I leave Kaliningrad Airport at 17:30 (GMT +3).
This gives me about 19 hours to get from airport to airport.

I need some advice about getting there in time, I haven’t crossed the land border before and wonder if there’s enough time, or should I reschedule the flight to Moscow.

Here is what I know for sure so far:

There are night busses from the airport to various train stations in and around Gdansk.
At least one of Gdansk’s train stations has a trains to Kaliningrad.
A bus to Kaliningrad leaves from behind one of the stations.

This is (or was) a bus route:
Gdansk, Braniewo, Elblag, Kaliningrad: 07:00-12:45
But with what company, at what price, from what Gdansk station and to what Kaliningrad station?
Is 12:45 Kaliningrad time? And I’ve heard people on this forum say they spent many hours at the border, can the route really be so quick?

There is (or was) a train route from Gdansk Glowny Station to Kaliningrad North Station running from 08:25-15:25. The duration is 5:10, so in Kaliningrad time (GMT+3) it arrives at 14:25. But again, is this really always the case, with the border crossing?
And do busses run to the airport from this station?

Any information is extremely appreciated!

You need to find a polish travel agent in Gdansk who can help you.
Full marks for your research but I think this is a difficult one to solve.
Most people fly direct to Moscow.
