Hi to all.
Maybe you have talked a lot about this argument, but I want to tell you what I learned last time I was in Russia for winter holidays.
The 72 hours for registration are counted not taking in consideration the day of arrival and the day of departure.
So, for example, if I arrive on monday and I leave on thursday I don't need the registration, because I have to count only 48 hours.
