I have 16 friends coming from the US for 1 month in July and 2 friends who will be coming for 45 days (beginning of July-middle of August).

I am aware that the prices are on your site, but as I am in the process of comparing your prices to those of other organisations, I am wondering whether it would be possible for some sort of discount to be arranged given that we are inviting so many people.

Also, would it be possible to register visas, with you in St Petersburg?

I believe you can get 50% or higher discount if you apply for an invitation through our site. Please, go to http://waytorussia.net/Services/VisaSupport/Tourist.html and fill in the application form.
The visa support agency will contact you and give you the best quote they can and you can then decide whether you will use their services or some other company's.
You don't need to fill in for all 18 forms, just fill in one, and specify how many people there will be and what the dates are. It's better to give the contact of the person who will exchange e-mails with the company and make the payment eventually.
