I'm planning to take a train from Irkutsk or Ulan Ude to Ulan Batar.I need to be in Mongolia on 14th August.
I will decide whether to go to Ulan Ude once I'm on the Bajkal.
Is it possible to buy a ticket from Irkutsk to Ulan Bator and but then get on the train at Ulan Ude ?
Any suggestions about berth I should take? 2 berts or 4 berths? I'm manly concerned about safety because I'm travelling alone and I would like to be safe during the night. |
