Hi,
I received the invitation through the visa support company on your site. I took this to the consulate here in Sapporo, Japan, but they said that I need the visa support company to also supply a copy of my proposed schedule/Itinary. They have to see when I will enter, where I will be going and when I will leave. I understand this but I e-mailed the visa support company asking for this copy of my schedule but they haven't sent it yet. I outlinded exactly what I will be doing but as of yet I have had no reply. I really need to get things moving to get my visa as I am leaving Japan very soon.
Do you know if they can send this? Have you heard of this before?
