Hi guys,
I currently work for a very major video game developer and we're currently looking to set one of our games in Moscow. At some point in the future we will probably come to Russia on a research trip, but in the meantime we need as many images of the city as we can lay our hands on.
Searching around on the internet, the majority of the images of Moscow are of the really obvious tourist places. What we're looking for is images of "everyday Moscow". The images don't need to be beautifully photographed or even images of beautiful places. Like every city, I'm sure that Moscow must have its bad areas and photos of the worse parts of the city are every bit as welcome as those of the beautiful parts.
Equally, images of everyday items such as light switches, taps (faucets), electrical sockets, sinks and rooms around the home are very welcome.
If any of you could point me in the direction of such resources or take some digital photos and host them for me, that would be enormously appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Ah! Yes - that sounds like an excellent suggestion. Are there any movies that you would particularly recommend in this regard? |

i cant give u advice on movie types. all movies that are of russian origin have interior shots.
the dirrerence is what interiors you want. if u want more homely interions get drama etc, more modern get action films.. but step 1 is to actually get the movies firls. from there u will know what to look for. |

Ah! That's fantastic stuff DiDAN. Thank you so much.
@Bill
Unfortunately, I suspect the answer to your question is "nothing". I've worked in the industry for years and have come to realise that getting the rewards you deserve is far often much harder than it should be. |
