Our client, a global IT company, now fully outsource their recruitment for all experienced level hires to us across EMEA, including in Russia + CIS. We help the client identify the best talent in the market place as quickly and cost effectively as possible.
We are looking for a senior recruitment professional to lead the Recruitment Team based at our client offices in Moscow. This is an excellent opportunity to manage and develop a successful team and gain regional experience within a multinational company. The successful candidate will be a proven people manager within a recruitment or HR function with the ability to drive the team ensuring deadlines are constantly met.
The Role
• Hands-on Management - lead and develop the Recruitment Team to ensure the delivery of an efficient and effective research and sourcing service for candidates and our client.
• Client Consulting - develop the Recruitment strategy alongside the client in line with their goals and headcount forecasting.
Person Specification
• Minimum 5 years recruitment experience, including hands-on recruitment experience as well as people & project management
• Experience of dealing directly with a major global client
• Knowledge of full recruitment lifecycle and various attraction and selection techniques.
• Ability to work on high-volume recruitment projects
• Proven People manager.
• Ability to liaise with senior-level clients on a regular basis
• Fluent Business English
