1. Are there any must-sees on the Day of the National Unity? I'll be either in St. Pete or Novogrod and was wondering whether there are any special parades etc I should attempt at catching.
2. I read quite a few postings to figure out what the going rate is on bribes just in case I run into unpleasant situations. It seems to be as low as 100R to a few thousands depending on the type of "fines". I will try my best to have all my documents registered etc but am curious to know what the average market rate is on "fines" these days.
