Hello, we are 5 friends to go from Moscow to Beijing in August. The problem is that we need the train ticket to enter in China in order to get the visa. On this point, I Have a few questions :
Is it posible that someone else who lives in Moscow goes to pick up the tickets at the railway station, and will he need a copy of our passeport, or the number, or something like that?
If we pass the command to buy the train ticket with way to Russia, how many times before the trip between Ulan Bataar and Beijing can we get the ticket to do the visa ? Or how many times after having buying the ticket can we have it ?
The thing is that we need this ticket from Ulan Bataar to beijing around the 12th of july.
So, if someone is able to help us, that could be very nice. Thanks a lot.

Tickets from Ulan-Bataar - Beijing are issued in Mongolia, so you won't be able to have a friend buy it in Moscow. The ticket can be issued 40 days in advance.

If you purchase it through Way to Russia, it could be posted to you (only within 40 days of the travel date) but delivery is expensive. Alternatively, the agency can provide you with a booking confirmation that you can use for your visa application. Choose Svezhy Veter as the vendor when you book through Way to Russia.
